NOTICES

1. Please note that when you submit a voucher to our office, our office will process it within 48 hours and send it to the court. However, our office cannot guarantee that the court will return it to us by the submission date. Upon receipt of the voucher from the court, we send it for payment that same day. This schedule is provided as a guideline for when the County issues checks.

2. The Submission date is the date the voucher must be submitted to the CONTROLLER, not to ACP. If you submit it to us on the submission date, it will be at least two weeks before a check is issued.
